Hello Smo! After looking through your report and knowing about this earlier me and wizard have came to a conclusion to deny this appeal. The only way you will receive an unban is if you do infact pay Tinky the 26mil as he is the one that said it therefore meaning you scammed him. It was scamming due to him claiming he would pay it and when revealed he tried loopholing his way out of it. You say Rhys said it in ts however we can't just take peoples word and without proof that rhys did it tinky is the one that will receive the money. You can message wizard or myself on steam if you feel ready to pay tinky the money. What Wizard did was 100% ok and you should have thought before you said.
