You're supposed to know the rules. If you don't, staff are allowed to treat it appropriately. If the position of your nuke was incorrect then Wizard's choice to destroy it wasn't wrong in the slightest, as you broke a rule yourself.

Heck, I remember someone else reporting a staff member for this before. Para responded with the same reasoning as I did just now: staff are allowed to destroy your nuke if it's in an invalid position.
