Story - So around an hour ago i was playing gmod as normal just walking around as S.W.A.T and i started getting ping issues, my internet was heavily dropping and i was pretty much frozen on zarp as expected from ridiculously high ping, ive just sorted my internet and and load garrysmod up to a weeks ban? i seriously dont know if this is a troll or not, answers please?

Also the reason is for leaving a sit which of course i had no idea i was even involved in, but im also very unaware of doing anything what so ever to be in a sit as i was just doing my daily objectives.

The note for the ban is ignoring the admin completely during sit and and of course disconnecting as i wasnt actually there i was having connection issues. This is my second thread due to my first one getting ignored for a whole day.
