This seems strange because Leon was teleported to Dankek, which really shouldn't happen unless the sits on a roof.
And the fact that they both used the banker also supports Tamaninjas conclusions.

Although the person handling the report will also need to get Dankek's side of the story.

Dankek did nothing wrong as far as I can see, seems Tamaninja was just too hasty in making this report.
