Story/Situation -

~16:50 GMT, at top of tower with three other guys, saw Sniping Banana aim for a headshot and miss (which I'm pretty sure was on lickmylemons), waited three seconds for him to say anything, saw him aim again and headshotted him.

Got an RDM report from him stating something along the lines of 'I was playing with my friend, dude?', to which I responded 'so you were traitor baiting, then?'

He managed the report himself, and I ended up with an RDM warning and slay the next round.

A couple of rounds later, I shot next to lickmylemons' head, and got killed for it, so I asked him in chat to clarify, which lead to this conversation:

Hasefet: it's more a question really
LickMyLemons: what you need boos
Hasefet: you just killed me because I shot near you, right? with a sniper, close to a headshot
LickMyLemons: i thought you shot at me head after i called you out
Hasefet: yepyeyyep, that's what I thought, because I didn't do any damage to you
Hasefet: but it was close to you
Hasefet: the reason I ask is, I got a warning like four rounds ago from snipingbanana
Hasefet: for doing exactly the same thing with you in tower
Hasefet: he shot near your head, I headshotted him, he told me 'I was playing with my friend dude'
Hasefet: and then I ended up with a warning
Hasefet: his shot is in the shot-log, three seconds before I killed him
Hasefet: I'm pretty anal about not getting warnings, which is why I'm spazzing out about this one

Don't give a damn about the slay, would really appreciate the warning being removed - it's been like three weeks of daily play since I last got one, and I'm enjoying that streak.
