Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Depending on how bad it is in my opinion and others. If it's really bad and people are getting really annoyed. i would give them only verbal 2 warnings. Hoping that they will learn from the first warning. If not i would mute them for 2- 3 rounds. If it was only alittle and it was still annoying people alittle. aka spamming in chat or trying to hear someone if mic spam. i would give them 3 warnings, if they brake the last warning i will mute them for 1-2 rounds. Still all depending on how bad it is.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If it was a accidental glich then i would warn/ask people not to go there. If they cant get out but also was a accient i will do the same. If they did it on purpose i will ask them to not do it again. if they do it more then 5 times. and its the glich that you cant get killed. i would inform a higher mode/ admin on what to do / to ask if to do something is ok. Example. to ban them from playing the murd games for 1h // or 5 rounds. If they contuine when they come back i would ban them from ther server for a day also asking higher. If they contuine anymore. i would tell higher and see what they would do.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when if the person is dead/spectator and tell the people who are alive where the gun is// who the murd is// where players are hiding.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think that you and your fello staff members should choose me to become a staff member because i have been a staff before meaning i do have exprinces from being a staff, i can sometimes be silly (as in enjoy myself for the other people who are playing in the game) but i can also become serious very fast. I am open to rules, new details and anything that the staff members would want me to do. I do have alot of friends who play Gmod so i could ask them to join and have a try of this server and see if they would like to spread the word for the comunity and also may help getting staff memebers ((if its not already filled in the past)) I work well with people, other staff members and love working/helping other people. I would do anything for the server with benifits e.g if something is happering that day with staff but i had plans for a long time with family or friends i will go because i do bearly go out anyway) adding that in my school/community i am a prefect meaning that i have to be responable and im responsable anyway when people want me to be. I do not thing i have anything else to add. Thank you fo your time and i hope i hear from you soon (aka for staff cause i hopfully play gmod with you and that)
