How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:Well from the very beginning even when I was still a Moderator I wanted to go as far as possible and help the server I enjoy playing on. I've spent most of my time in ZARP being a Staff member so far and I intend to keep going until I can go no further. Becoming Super Administrator will allow me to better support the server and the community as a whole.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):I already briefly wrote this part in the question above, becoming Super Administrator and filling my role as one would be a challenge at first, but I am curtain I will get the hang of it just as I've gotten the hang of being Administrator I believe I can do this with ease.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:None that I can think of, no. I always had someone there to help me with a curtain situation and now I wanna be that person to help other staff members in some tricky situation.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:First off, evidence. If that person does not have evidence I would see if there were any witnesses at that time, go through the logs and determine weather that staff member did abuse their powers/that person. (I pray it doesn't have to come to this to be honest.)
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?Would ask that staff member if there was a specific reason he/she banned that player for that amount of time, if not then I'd ask them to change the ban period to the appropriate time for that specific punishment.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?Since this question isn't specific I'm going to guess it has to do with that staff member is being rude to that player. If so then I'd ask the staff member to calm down and approach the situation properly. If he fails to do so I would take over the problem myself and give them some time to cool off.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?Would ask each staff member individually for their side of the story, for the staff member who is accusing the other staff member. I would ask for solid evidence. If he does have evidence I would bring it up in the meeting that week.
If he does not I would still be careful and keep an eye on them.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?Politely ask them to stop it before it gets out of hand, if they fail to do so I would step in and settle the argument since just making them stop would only boil up those emotions inside and the next time it happens it would only be worse.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?My first action would be to ask them what exactly they are doing and the reasoning behind their actions, if they fail to give a valid reason I would bring it up on the meeting and discuss on what we should do about that situation.
