I don't think you're ready. And you're also saying that everyone deserves an equal chance, and that is true - that's why we allow everyone that has a staff rank on any server (not even TTT per se) to apply for the section.

It's up to us, the forum staff team, to decide who'd be the best candidate to manage that section. And I'm afraid you're not experienced and trusted enough to manage it yet, and besides that someone that's part of the Lead Team would be good as well. We need someone to edit the staff list, so it'd have to be someone that knows when someone got demoted and when someone resigns.
