Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Warn them to stop. if they proceed, give them a final warning. if they still proceed mute 10 minutes. then 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then 2 hours, 5 hours, then 24 hours.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: ask them not to do it again, if they do, warn them, warn again, then a server kick, if they join back and proceed, then a temporary ban for 1 hour, 2 hours, 5 hours, and 24 hours.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:ghosting is when a player is telling another player where someone is hiding, and the object they are. example - Player A is playing as a prop. and Player B is a hunter, Player A says "The last guy in behind the barrel in the kitchen he's a sausage." Player B then proceeds to the kitchen and kill the player behind the barrel.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I made an application already but was told to play longer on the server which I completely understand. I'm only making this second application so soon because I was asked, "Have you considered applying for mod" by an admin. so that just proves I'm a very helpful person. and a moderator also suggested I apply for mod.(can give their names if needed for confirmation) but I want to help out. there's not always staff on the server, I want to fill in those gaps. I want to help stop people ghosting and to stop people spamming stupid stuff down the mic, or being rude to players. I've got along with everyone I met so far. I just want to the server to be enjoyable when people play, yesterday for example. Two players were ghosting. for hours. maybe 4-5 I was on the server for 15 hours straight. it got annoying considering I couldn't do anything to prevent it.

i also want to add that I have a ton of experience when being staff on servers. as I have owned my own and been for other players.

Extra Information: (Not Required): you can say I need more time on the server again if you need to, I totally understand that, but I wouldn't be playing 15 hours straight yesterday if I wasn't committed.
