I already told you my opinion over Teamspeak. You might have had your reasons, but you've only started doing things again as of recently. I'd like to see you proof yourself that you're capable of holding a Lead Team position again before actually getting it.

I wasn't around when you were a SA previously, so I cannot decide how good of one you were. I'll go by what other people were saying which is that you were a very good one, and I'm sure you could be a good one again. I just feel like it's a little too soon.
