Once I'm back from class I'll post my decision. To those that feel this has been unfair or biased, I hope you realize that this report, accepted or not, has no relevance till the LTM. There is no need for me to rush judgement, especially against a SA. I would much rather wait and take time before I make a serious mistake.

While others may feel this is cut and dry, I hope you can understand that when fellow coworkers are expressing such strongly defended opinions it makes you stop and reevaluate your decision. When I decide this report, it is going to draw a line that many may or may not agree with.

One last thing to those assuming it'll only be a slap on the wrist. What do you want? A single RDM, if that is the case, is demote worthy for someone that has poured hours into the server helping? We handed out over 20 official punishments this last meeting. Mayn experienced more than just a "slap". Please stop assuming we do the least. We may not be the most transparent, but would it hurt to not always assume we do the bare minimum? I am not judge, jury, and executioner. The petty vengeance some of you seek for mistakes is awful to read.
