As for the video, the flash you were known to be defending in the raid and so was your gang I believe. Do you expect people to not shoot someone who has ties to the base right next to them whether it's through gang relation or you defending previously? Not to mention when you were right on the raid site and only ran slightly back.

if you were a cop would you shoot and kill everyone that you think has ties with a base? Not to mention you must first try and arrest some one first and if they resist you may shoot them.

only if you know for a fact they were defending the base, and I was apart of the raid and I do know he was part of it because I did make it into the district and saw name tags.

He had NLR which means that he has a new life. You cant jail some one and then arrest him again after his sentence because he onece had some some think again at the law.This is an RP Server. You have to ROLE-PLAY everything. He still had to try to arrest him first.
