I like you too, Denis, but let me clear something up. Reluctant to punish? I do not have to handle every report that comes through. I am allowed to comment without being expected to the handler of the report. I do not rush my judgement and am not going to just because people expect some swift action. Bias? I'm biased because I'm not rushing a judgement and going to other SAs and HAs for some help? I have been talking to Para and others about this and there is not a solid consensus. This report can help set precedence for future reports meaning I'm going to go through all I can. Please, don't accuse me of being biased when I have not even issued a verdict. Bias due to him being SA would be instant denial.

Edit: I'm actually a little insulted you'd think so little of that I wouldn't offer this same style of patience to someone else. I have always been careful about reports concerning raids/nukes. If anything, your assumption of what my actions would be is a bias. You condemn me without even talking to me about it and assume the worst.

Actually I was referring to Para when I stated there was bias, I don't think your being biased at all.
