Roy warned me for something similar,i was defending a nuke and killed him while he was running towards the nuke's area and he warned me,i tried to explain him my side but he just didn't care,tried to tell him that i hadn't been warned in over 2 monthes and he said the ethos don't apply if i intentionally rulebreak (which i didnt)

So this should get accepted.
