To be honest, i don't see how ANYONE can be punished for using soundboards at this point.

Soundboards have gotten out of control, the TOU of ts has clearly stated for a very long time "NO soundboard", yet so far to many people have failed to follow this, including morgan(as a reply to his comment on second page)

Soundboard are also something playing heavily in SSRP meetings with it CONSTANTLY being reported, while i told the CM Team including chute(Minus para i believe) to sort the shit out, because i was sick of having people complaining, and the reply i had from chute was about not singling people out as about 20 people was all doing it.

In my opinion, the rule is clearly stated, everyone should follow it, it is not that hard to not click a button to activate a sound, and it is not that hard to unbind the hotkeys to them or just simply disable it.

I've had many issues with TS users, using soundboards, and when confronted or told to stop gave the reply of "Not a soundboard just my voice", which i had for a fellow TSHA, and SSRP HA, which should not be happening.

As of the rule, either Follow it, or vote to remove it, simple as that, if you want to use the soundboards, bring a vote up to remove the rule, or alter it, otherwise don't use them.

Cout has 1 official on TS before this, for which i brought him up for, which involved joining channels when removed/asked to leave, then joining back, which was several meetings ago(aka several months ago) which he had learnt from, and had shown he had learnt from it.
