This demotion seems stupid tbh.
I hope a higher up with authority cleans up this mess asap.
If not accepting this and giving the rank back, then atleast explain in detail why.

If I didn't know any better i'd think Roy is just a bad troll not taking his staff duties seriously when I see this topic, and tbh Roy has never come off as a guy who's like that to me.
So as a bystander to this I'm a little confused.

- Edit: In my opinion, you guys should announce stuff like this on the meeting outcome with the nessecary details on the subject.
That would clear up a lot of confusion as to why things turn out the way they do.
I mean you guys didn't even mention a demotion on there.
So I don't think using a minute or two extra on the outcome would be a bad idea.
