I would have objected if I were in that meeting, but I was busy with a TTT staff situation that required my attention. Besides that I didn't realize you got an official last month so I didn't think there was any reason to be concerned.
Countless of people use a soundboard, and each and every one of them is more annoying than the last. I didn't even realize you used one yourself until you were put up for demotion.
Are we seriously going so low to demote people for not listening to us when we ask them to do something when owners, community managers and lead team members are constantly using soundboards to cry for attention that their parents seemingly aren't giving them?
Pathetic, in my honest opinion. Either give everyone an official or nobody - but demoting someone for it is the absolute bullshit.
Saying that is pathetic on its own sorry to say. I don't think people realize that it isn't necessarily him playing the soundboards that was the problem it was that he doesn't listen even after told when to stop using them, unlike the others who do use them know when to stop when asked. Also, I believe he wasn't demoted only for the soundboard thing; if I recall there were other reasons along with it.
Like I said, I wasn't there - I still find Roy's demotion harsh, but you're right to say that pathetic wasn't a necessary term there, especially as I didn't know everything. My sincerest apologies.
EDIT: Oh, about that bolded text, that was unnecesary as well. Though I do absolutely despise soundboards, there was no need to degrade my fellow staff in such a way.
