I think everyone is guilty of using a soundboard before, but Roy Harper is the only one who struggles to listen. When Roy is asked not to do something, he does it again, and again, he's done it here with Soundboards, he did it again with another situation recently as well. I would have no problem with Roy if he just listened to people telling him not to play them, but he didn't.

Uhm, excuse me? I, for one, have never used a soundboard in any way, shape or form - and you're excusing a TOU breach by saying "Oh, but everyone does it, so it's fine" and then you demote someone else?

As for the not listening part, I believe that warrants an official, not a demotion.
