[TTT] Warn appeal / complaint against kewlkd

Hello Lightfoot, thank you for appealing, however

After speaking to you and kewlkd assessing the situation from both point of views, I have decided to decline the appeal, the reason being is that when you killed kewlkd it turned out he was innocent. You say he was in the cave (which is an automatic kill-area) but if he was a traitor he would not have been taking damage, I also feel you are lying to this point as it seems more reasonable if Kewl was outside of the T room rather than within. However I will be talking to kewlkd about opening up a chat or reporting users who RDM them so the user gets a better knowledge of what they did wrong and the outcome of the punishment (as Staff have final say) and so that the staff member gets the RDMers point of view of the situation (unless no valid reason provided).

This has been
