urm.... I think it was along the line of "I am not doing my work as well as i should" ? or something like that.

Story/Situation
I don't quite know what to write here... When ace gave me the official warning earlier on today he claimed i did not do enough work that they recommend for me or something however when i asked what he meant by this he just said "like bringing people up" & "not doing the work ingame" however i didn't bring people up to due to the fact that a fellow Lead Team member had brought up most of the main people i was going to before i had the chance and as it was late i was unable to talk therefore forcing me to type and i'm guessing they never read anything i put for my points because i was interacting very well. He also said i did not do my work in game or something of that sort. I do infact do my job as i help staff, i help users, i do F1's even though i am not required to do them, and after all that i still manage to get activity and RP with friends so me not working to my potential or however you want to say it is what i find quite bullshit. I have even spoken to both cm members who have said to me that they would have never let this go through but unfortunately they were not there at the time of the official warning vote. The fact that para saw the list i displayed showing up to 43 people who i was ready to bring up as i said another staff member got most of them before me so i then had no one to bring up. Para has also said he can check for how many commands and things i ran during the week just to show that i was infact doing my job and the official warning shouldn't have been appointed.

Extra Information
This is why i personally feel like this warning should be removed and why it was not even thought through when being appointed and voted upon. Both CM members are on my side with this and agree with me that the warning should not have been given/received.

Any form of feedback is welcome however if it gets to a certain point then i will ask for it to be locked until the meeting.
