Hello Fred! I have honestly seen a huge improvement from you these last couple of weeks. You have grown on me so much with your kind attitude and amazing dedication towards the server! I voted yes for you last night however things didn't go to plan but i just have to say with all your dedication and effort on the server aswell as your activity keep it up what you have been doing these past few weeks and you will sure as hell get it this week because i believe your behond capable and ready for this position so best of luck to you. You have really came out of your shell aswell like now your fighting for your points in meetings which is very great and i would love to see more of it and also a promotion to Super Admin. As my vote stands i will be voting YES!
