Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: I try as much as I possibly can to not let the server go without any staff. When I can, I look for alternative members of staff that are on and ask if they can cover for me if I need to go somewhere. I am also quite active when I am able to be.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If someone had received multiple kicks/punishments for mass rule breaking. Example: Mass disrespect after being kicked many times for the same reason, mass RDM after being kicked multiple times for the same reason etc.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would tell them what it's like to be a moderator, responsibilities, what happens, what is done in certain situations etc. I would welcome them to zarpgaming, tell them about the lovely community and so on, and also I would tell them what is the difference between one thing is and what another thing is when it comes to what is and isn't rulebreaking and many other things.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would respond with care and kindness, telling them that I'd give them a second chance in the server to make sure that they didn't do it again, then after that, I'd unban them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Because I am very respected with a lot of players and staff alike. I try and make sure that the server has at least one staff member online, keeping Zarp Murder in order and making sure that any rule breakers that appear are dealt with. I never like leaving the server without any staff, so I always try and call in a substitute an available staff member if I have to go somewhere or do something. Examples include going offline, having to have my dinner etc.
