Theres a difference between disrespect in a RP manner, and disrespect in a personal manner (OOC and co).

Personally, i constantly (softly) insult people in a RP manner, but you need to have a feeling for how far you can go and you need to be careful if you don't want people to take it serious.
But if you do it, don't cry about getting warned.
Don't do it or deal with the consequences.
