[SSRP] Demote/warn request-mycherrycrush

I have spoken to the staff member and according to him the player was disturbing admin sits he was handling. I have told mycherrycrush the better way of dealing with the situation along with similar ones. Regardless the punishments are valid ones (even though the reasons aren't I'll see if I can get those fixed) so no action will be taken.
