I'm gonna be honest, I'm struggling to see what is reportable here. Him joking around about abuse without understanding the full context of the situation isn't something I'm willing to act on. Him bringing up that you'll be punished for your 8 recents as well is not something I'm willing to accept on him either. If I'm somehow greatly misunderstanding the report I'd be happy to take another look at it, but as for now this will be denied.
