A big part of the issue is that doing F1s aren't being done in a team effort style. The same staff members are getting on the server and not even getting the chance to roleplay because all of the F1s are being thrown on them in a very overwhelming way, and I'm sure that's evident in the F1 counts as some have 100 - 300 F1s completed while others are just barely above the minimum. If we all did F1s together this wouldn't be as much of an issue.
