I have had similar experiences in no one responding to my F1. I’ll finally get it handled after 30mins when logs are gone and the player is gone and I forgot about what happened. I am now just recording and posting warn requests even when staff are online because it’s useless to make an F1 you will get no response as of now. If you want something down you have to go on the forums, even then they’ll accept it but no action will be taken, but I look at it as it’s documented. I don’t have a problem with making requests but new players who need help won’t know to go to the forums. I also think that it’s pathetic that the good staff are quitting because of other staff members not doing their job. Good staff members don’t need so much stress on their back to the point where they don’t want to do their job anymore. You guys are a team and you all need to have each other’s back in making the server more fun to play on for everyone including staff. You guys are on the right path and I appreciate everyone of you.
