Coming from someone who plays zarp 8+ hours a day, 90% of the staff right now are terrible. I have not had a F1 answered in the past 30 days. Tonight i tried speaking with morgan about a f1 several times, he wouldn't reply in steam or game chat, even though he was typing nonstop on the server chat, blatantly ignoring my messages. I told him i was just going to remove him because he was obviously ignoring me, he then started asking what i needed randomly 30 minutes later after he joined another server. I said i was going to remove him because of the blatant ignoring, and he blocked me before i could even answer him. A true Head Admin would ask what was going on, in effort to improve the community. Its just unreal right now, and it honeslty makes me just want to go back to my old RP server despite spending $500+ on ZARP. RIP
