To be fair, when it comes to the meetings, unless you are extremely loud, people will NOT notice your input, people are too busy spamming their soundboards with shitty forced jokes, talking over each other and constantly cutting each other off, anyone who isn't used to talking loud will get stomped in the meeting, many others agree with me.
"You can't be wrong when you're the loudest" is an idea that needs to be changed in the meetings, whoever is the host needs to sort this out.
I've already stated how I feel about both you and your dedication, the only denial reason I can think of is you not using your microphone, even though I recall you using it in the past, but that shouldn't be a problem anymore as I've seen multiple people who never used their mics reach lead team ranks.
