I remember back when I was trying to go for SA I was told to grab more reports on the forums. Every morning I'd wake up to comment and as I refresh I see Eipus "I'll be handling this." I was stressed for days because I couldn't beat him to handling issues. We've talked quite a few times in steam and you make fantastic points and help me notice a side I don't often get to experience. If you show up more in TS and contribute some more in meetings, you'll have a yes from me. You're a great admin and I think you can be a SA in the near future.
