Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: A player is using 3rd-Party technology to gain an edge over the other players

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? If their appeal request is indeed how it is described then i will give said player a second chance but tell staff to watch out for him and if he does again there is absolutely 0% chance of an unban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. I know i've been a moderator for only about 1 week but in this week i have helped many players , answearing their questions about the server , punishing those who defy the rules . I am very friendly and fair to everyone no matter how disrespectful they may be . I've already had experience with the ulx tool being a top tier admin in a Dark RP server that is now shut down. I have also attended to all moderator meetings and will attend to all that i'm able to no matter what the cost .
