Traits and Abilities
Activity - I try to play everyday, if I am not on the server I am always able to be contacted either on TeamSpeak or Snapchat.

Friendly - People find me very approachable and I am easy to talk to; some people say I'm a really chill guy.

Trusted - I can be trusted by all staff to complete all tasks set. I strongly believe I am trusted within the Murder team, maybe even within the community.

Leadership - I can make sure staff get their activity and set tasks for others to do. I believe being a leader at most times (of course letting others take leadership) is very critical as people may not know what to do and if you can control this it will become crucial.

Experience - I've been in the Murder team from the start and know everything I need to, which I can use to help new staff. I also have been an admin on the SSRP servers for a while now and I am trusted on there and gained enough experience.

Knowing Commands - I have knowledge of commands within the Murder gamemode and it gives me an advantage over newer staff that may not know these.

Personality - I'm a friendly guy that you can have a good laugh with, which is helpful staff team situations. I'm very approachable, can control tense situations with argumentative staff/users. I've learnt to do this in my other roles.

What you wish to achieve as a Head Administrator
As a Head Admin I want to raise the player count of Murder as well as help make it one of the best Murder servers on Garry's Mod. Increasing the number of staff team members and having friendly staff will keep players coming. Within this role I can bring the staff closer than they already are, aiming to make a family like staff team. I believe if I can make us close we can sort out issues that may not be within the community.

Understanding of the current ZARP processes
My understanding is at good standards, I understand I can clean the server and help all staff and users, I know how to take control of and manage all situations.
