Suggestion Title: brining down a hammer to the staff

How would it benefit the server: So first of all I'm seeing all these report abuses get accepted but nothing happens? I heard that the SSRP staff team has a 2 warn system but I hardly seeing it get used I feel as if staff on all servers need to crack down (LT) with there punishments its obscene to see how many report abuses are accepted on a staff member and there still staff, like for example "Chicken Larry" has had over 5 report abuses accepted on him (I think) and he is still a staff member it actually shockens me to see that. Regarding this 2 warn system for ssrp I don't see it being used? If it was being used a hell of a ton more staff would have been demoted. I also feel that the LT need to shape the staff team up cause half of them can't even spell in English correctly, you also need to help them with there maturity since I'm more mature than some of these so called "staff members".

It just really annoys me to say people still staff another example is "Blueperson" he has had over 2 report abuses accepted on him and I feel he should get demoted. I don't care if its "minor" it's still a rulebreak and should be punished by either a warn, demotion, or suspension.
