Story/Situation - What happened? I was an innocent, and I was chilling in the tree by the tester and I heard MP9 gunshots inside the tester room, so I looked over and saw milk is the best catgirl finish killing someone and exit the tester room. I ran into the tester room, closely followed by kostas221, I believe, and I identified the body that Milk killed, it was a detective and was killed a few seconds ago by an MP9, so I knew for certain that it was milk that killed them. I left the tester and accidentally shot kostas221 once in panic, but he realised that it was an accident and didn't return fire and moved out of my way, I then immediately saw milk healing up from a health station just outside the tester, I killed them and they were a Traitor.
After this, milk reported me for RDM, asking how I knew they were a Traitor, I responded in my return report that I saw them kill the detective and that they should check the logs for proof. ♕ [D3m0] Sniping Banana! ツ then handled my report MID ROUND, while I was still alive, with the chat window preventing me from playing, so I had to keep closing and reopening it to make sure that I didn't die. I said that I saw milk kill the detective in the tester so I thought that he was the T, banana said something about me shooting kostas too, I said that was a mistake, kostas will tell you that, or something to that effect, and I was warned and had an autoslay added before I could do anything else, I didn't even get a chance to explain myself any more and banana ignored my requests to talk to him further before I was slain.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? After being slain I immediately talked to bee, and they agreed that I was slain and warned unreasonably, and that I should make an appeal. This happened on round 248, and I implore any staff member to look at the logs to prove my point. I saw milk kill the detective, and I killed him for it.
Also in case you were wondering, milk seems to report anyone who kills him on his T round, regardless of whether it was RDM or not, just to see if he can get them punished.
I am very annoyed by this and would like to have this resolved, and at the very least have banana re-trained or something, because they clearly do not have the ability to handle disputes properly.
