I have spoken to Chander regarding this situation, and I have decided to just leave it as a talking to. Chander claims that he did not realise that this would be considered T Baiting, and since it is not an overly major rule which some people do overlook at times, and it has not happened before, I will not take any further action.
Chander has now been made aware of what he did wrong in this situation.
