You've been gone for so long (before you came back on the 12th) that you came back a bit rusty on handling things and knowledge of everything admin related. You need some more time to improve on everything; generally being more active in the meetings and on the forums.

When you are applying for promotion you need to stand out. Currently you aren't, so you need to put in more effort before you apply for promotion!
