So my issue is that while it is clear the drugs are located in a building with an RP House sign, did Quak own the doors before he set down his labs? Did someone run up and paste the screen to frame him? There are a lot of situations here that are confusing, especially since he is saying he didn't see the sign. I'll accept this and speak to Quak and decide punishment from there.
