I personally haven't seen you on the server within the time I've been active, however from what I've seen in the past, you don't have any real standout qualities, or you just don't show them. However, this might've changed.

Also, you have a large period of inactivity which occurred around 2 weeks ago. I'd say you should wait until you have a consistent month of activity to apply again.
