I haven't had any roleplay situations with you, but the amount of effort you put into your writings show that you do want mod, but not to be helpful, much rather in order to get power.

Edit: How do you know that you like doing F1s when you haven't been a mod/anything higher yet?
If you come up with a list of positive things about you, i'd also like to see you listing some negative stuff, e.g: "I know I have broken alot of rules but I highly regret, I also did xy (immature etc) because i can be quite impulsive sometimes."

Your entire application is built up on allegations that (apparently) the entire community disagrees with, and you can't bring up anything besides excuses such as "wasn't me, was someone else". Anything but arguments here is pathetic.
