TTT isn't a server made so that you get free rare shit. You should've expected there to be TTT only things on the TTT Summer Wheel. With that 60 k points you had you got about 10 spins or more depending on how many times you got points from the wheel. And then when it spins there is a 1/8 chance that you actually get a rare skin case. In the rare skin case there are about 7-8 rare skins. So it's pretty obvious that you won't one of the most wanted skins.
