Sadly I think this is just lag from you pressing your bind and it taking a second for you to send it to the server. The only way suits are equiped in the game is via the equip commands nothing else equips suits. This can be one of the dangers of having an equipment bind vs manually equipping suits. As well as using the kill command.

Since this is not a sever issue I can't issue a refund sorry. I would however advise making sure to pay atention when you press you suit bind and if you notice it doesnt equip(ie lag) dont kill yourself :/ wait it out just to be safe.
