After briefly speaking with the Ex-Staff Member that placed your ban I've decided that it should stay and was completely just. The ZARP policy was followed here in which you received a punishment for hacking and then committed the act again - thus being permanently banned.

While this may be denied however, possibly some time down the road you may appeal this ban once again - but as of right now it is in fact,
