Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, or RDM as it is more commonly known, is when one person kills (or attempts to kill) another person for a reason which is not a valid RP scenario. A common example of this is when a user comes to spawn with a gun and just hosts a mass slaughter of everyone when they spawn (since this would be more than 3 people, this would also be mass RDM, which would warrant a harsher punishment).

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR means that when you die, you essentially have to start a whole new life. You must forget any information from your past life and not return to the same district or scenario for at least 3 minutes. For example, if you get mugged in an area and killed, you may not return to the district for 3 minutes, and you can't then go around telling people to steer clear of the area because a mugger is there, as that is information you should not know in your new life.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first of all teleport to both players and ask them if I can teleport them both to a roof for a sit, ensuring that neither user is currently involved in an RP scenario. If both players were fine with it, I would then bring them both to a roof and ask them both for their sides of the story, putting the logs in chat in case player y denied killing player x at all (and if they denied the kill, then warning them for lying to staff). If player y admitted to RDMing player x, then I would check their rapsheet in order to decide on the punishment. If they had recent punishments for RDM then I would give them a warning, and if not then I would just verbally warn them and remind them to read the rules with !motd. If player y denied that it was RDM and gave a valid reason for killing player x, then I would ask player x if they had any video proof which clearly showed what happened in the situation. If player x gave me valid proof which clearly showed it as RDM, then I would warn player y for RDM & Lying to staff, but if there was not evidence of the situation, then I would apologise to player x and explain that I can't do anything about it without any proof, recommending that they install software such as PlaysTV or ShadowPlay to make it easier in the future.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would teleport to player x and player y, bring them to a rooftop and ask player x where and when they saw player y breaking NLR. I would then ask player y if they were breaking NLR. If player y didn't dispute the fact that they were breaking NLR and simply said that they were, I would check their rapsheet, and if they had recents for NLR then warn them, and if not just give them a verbal warning and let the two players go on their way. If player y said that they were not breaking NLR, then I would check the districts in the kills in logs, and check if they were the same. If the were, then I would ask player y how they were killed / made a kill in the same district without breaking NLR. If player y gave a valid reason for this, such as that they were just passing through the district as there was no other way to get to the district they needed to go to, or if the district were spawn and they were trying to leave, I would ask player x if they had any form of proof to show that player y was breaking NLR. If player x gave some valid proof, I would warn player y for breaking NLR and lying to staff. If player x didn't give any valid proof, I would apologise to player x and explain that I can't do anything about it without any proof, recommending that they install software such as PlaysTV or ShadowPlay to make it easier to catch rulebreaks.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I think that I should be accepted because I am a very trusted and experienced staff member in the community. I am current the Server Owner of Prophunt and Murder, a Head Admin on TTT, Forum Staff and Teamspeak Staff. I believe that this shows a great deal of trust, much higher than what would be required of someone to gain the Moderator rank. This also shows that I know what I am doing, more so as I am also an ex-Admin on SSRP, which means that there is a very low chance of me making any mistakes, and that I will be able to handle most situations effectively and efficiently. Since coming back to SSRP, I have been noticing a lot of rulebreaks and making F1s / recording and reporting it to a staff member. I have also been active on the server recently, trying to minimise time spent AFK mining and actually being involved in RP situations. I believe that if I were to become a staff member on SSRP again, then I would be able to show my dedication and help to punish rulebreakers on the server, and being able to do a high number of F1s to a very high standard.

Thank you for reading my application, any constructive feedback / criticism is greatly appreciated!
