Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When a person has 10 recent warnings or more and a staff member warns him the next warning will result in a ban then you can appropriately use the ban command when he gets his next warning. Of course you can only ban him when he has been warned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First i would claim the post so that the other admins won't have to look at it. I would add the guy on steam next so that i can have a personal chat with him. If i feel like he is being honest and really regrets his mistake i would unban him but alert the staff to keep an eye on him. If i think he is just trolling and will do it again then i will keep him banned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I have only been a mod for 2 weeks but i feel like i got the hang of it and im ready for more commands. I haven't abused these powers yet and i won't ever abuse them. I have also been on all the meetings since i was a staff member (2) and i will always be their when i can. Having some of these commands will definitely make this better for me as i have hade multiple occasions where i had to ban somebady but i couldn't do it myself.
