Anyways, what people seem to misunderstand is that an Appeal is and should not be seen as a valid way to escape the system. Perma banning someone should be considered a permanent ban, not an "You got banned but just appeal tommorow and play again" ban. I personally believe a kick is the perfect go-between in this situation.

Perhaps to appease the community somewhat Grand Wizowd brings the best option, with a month-long ban to rethink your actions on your first offense.
