Perma ban should be in place for this. Also consider talking to the community about the disrespect ruling. In my opinion (heavily and out of roleplay) disrespecting others while in front of a staff member is a no go and should be punished. While I think that some bans on ts are given unfairly, because someone just told a dark joke or something, mainly disrespecting a player (intended disrespect) shouldnt be allowed.
