Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Paramontana is bored and walking around Bank district on Server 1, he sees EMP and realizes all the fueds and problems they've had in the past and decides to take out his anger on him by randomly killing him, being angry at someone is not a Valid RolePlay reason to kill another player meaning this was RDM. The almighty Paramontana will either recieve a warning, ban, or verbal warning by the staff member dealing with the situation.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is when you return or interact with t he previous district you died in, it will say at the top of the screen how long you have to wait (3 minutes) until you can return or interact with that district, if you enter that district it will appear in orange on the top of your screen (BREAKING NLR) followed by the district and time you have left until you can return, this will appear in the logs that you were breaking NLR and a Staff member can punish you.
Example
Player X Dies in Rich District on Server 1 because Player Y Killed him with a PSG while raiding his base, Player X returns to the district and kills Player Y meaning Player X broke the New Life Rule.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would go to a roof and Teleport both Player X and Player Y to the roof, I would ask Player Y his reason for killing Player X and if the reason is Valid or Invalid I will deal with the situation accordingly, If the reason he gives me is a Valid RolePlay reason I will ask Player X if this is true and if he has any valid proof to prove that Player Y is lying and infact did RDM him, if there is no proof I can either attempt to use white lies to get around the situation and see if Player Y was lying or end the sit. If the reason Player Y gave me was invalid I will explain to him the rule he broke and depending on the situation and other involving factors warn him or punish him in some form depending on his Recent warnings and extent to the RDM.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will Teleport both Player X and Player Y to a roof, I will ask Player X his side of the story and ask player Y his side of the story if, if required I will ask player X for proof that Player Y broke NLR and if there is no proof depending on the stories and the situation I will either let Player Y go or continue the sit using white lies to try to find my way around the story and see if he was lying or not.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I think I should be chosen because I have a lot of experience within this community with being staff, even though I have made mistakes and left on bad terms last time I was a staff member I think that I have improved and changed and I think (even though I havent been back long) I have shown to quite a few staff members I've made a change. I am more mature and not rulebreaking. I know what I am doing when it comes to being a staff member, my only problem is I got a little temperment earlier the other day at Emmit for RDMing me and making me lose some valuable items, right after I had apologized and we worked out the situation and were both happy at the end of it. Besides that mistake I've been showing a lot of maturity and knowledge of the server rules and showing I know how situations work and should be handled, I have had a lot of previous ranks within the community and I was a really trusted member of the community for quite a while, with my Previous ranks being SSRP Super Admin, Bhop Moderator, Appeals and Report Abuse Moderator, PERP Beta Tester, TS3 Staff and more.
