Ive known Nexize for awhile and when he was Admin a couple years back he was one of the few people I never had to yell at to get on, and do F1's. This guy I can most definitely vouch for out of all the other Applications. He should become a super admin for sure.

I also gotta add: his maturity when I backstabbed his base was excellent; so much so that I refunded him for it.
I doubt this adds to much though, considering no one really doubts your high levels of maintained maturity in all situations.
