This was discussed in a lead team meeting about almost a year ago.
If you are getting raided by a gang. you can and are allowed to kill the people near your base that are from the same gang.
There for this was not rdm (( sora told me you are from the same gang ))

edit : if he did not own the doors then why go inside and kill him?
