I reviewed the evidence given and spoke with Ian. I was told you two were previously raiding them together and in this current clip you were traveling together then proceeded to engage in a gun fight with them. Ian informed me he saw you pull out your psg when Clarky went inside and engaged in a fight with Diet which is why he called out to kill you because you were both traveling together and had a weapon out after your gang member started a gun fight. I don't see a rule breach here.
